New Collection, Old Account

I had a collection for DirecTV that disappeared, and looking at my new report, it is back, only with a different CA listing it. It doesnt list the DOLA which would be over 2 years old, it only lists the date assigned, which is April 2008. So my question is, is this being scored as a brand new derog since it is a new collection, or as a 2 year old derog?

It's being scored as a new collection, but they can't change DOFD, which drives CRTP. What's your state's SOL? Why not DV the new CA?

I believe it is 4 years in california, and its only 2 years old...its with NCO which I read on here is fairly accepting of PFD's, so I emailed one to them yesterday. Hopefully it is accepted.
