I believe basically the same thing, however the more information you have and the more experience you have with certain issues with credit among multiple situations you can pretty much make a prediction as to what will happen. So you're right no one knows exactly this special formula....but you look listen and learn and you can get good at this. There are many people on this forum who has good information.....So if you want to learn you have to pay attention to the class.......Otherwise if you want to leave it as no one knows then you're just left to your own folly.

It is a game.  It has rules, and can be played.

Fiscal resposnsibility and some insight to the rules leads to good scores.

If expenditure is greater than income - bad scores.

If the rules are ignored because they are irritating - lower scores than deserved.

I'm thinking that they are just trying to scare people into not doing the AU's anymore. I mean even the article that I read in Smart Money with the VP of FI scoring development was a little vague about what was about to take place in 08, as far the new scoring goes.

I guess we will wait and see.
