No FICO score

My mother is 83 years old. She is coming from France, so she never had a US credit card.

I added her as an authorized user on these credit cards:

1) Costco Anywhere Visa from Citi

start date: 1/27/18

2) United MileagePlus Explorer Visa from Chase

start date: 4/25/18

I noticed that she has a different credit card number than mine, on the Costco card, but she has exactly the same credit card number on the United one.

I went to creditscorecard.com  today, and tried to get her credit score but the site said: "Sorry, but we're unable to provide a credit scorecard for you at this time. Some possible reasons: Information you entered doesn't match any records from our credit information provider, Experian. If you had a recent name or address change, this could be why. You are still new to credit and have not established a credit history yet.".

Why is that? Do I have to wait more time to see her score?

I'd like that she start to build credit.

Re: No FICO score

One needs 6 months of credit history in order to generate a FICO score.  I'm not sure with AU accounts if this goes by the opening date of the account itself, or the date someone was added as an AU.  It looks like the end of July is when she'll have been an AU for 6 months, so perhaps August 1?
