Re: No Transunion report

How old is your file? If it is younger than 6 month, or if there was no recent activity on your file, you'll not get a score.

Re: No Transunion report

Are you checking online, and getting a message that says you don't have enough info on your report to confirm your identity?

When I first checked my TU report through annualcreditreport.com I got this message:

Privacy Protection
The Identity Security System isn't able to confirm your identity.

Explanation:
The Identity Security System confirms your identity through a series of questions based on accounts and personal information contained in your Personal Credit Report. The system was unable to get enough information from the Personal Credit Report to complete this process.

What to do:
  • Contact the Customer Service Team for assistance. A Customer Service Team member can confirm your identity over the phone by asking you questions about your credit history. Once your identity has been confirmed, the representative will immediately make your Personal Credit Report available for you to view online.

For whatever reason I ignored this for months, and then actually decided to try calling CS, and they got me access to my report very quickly.

If you were actually checking through myFico and had no results, you might want to try pulling right from TU using the annualcreditreport.com link, and then if you get the above issue, it may be very easy to solve by calling TU.  After that you may have more luck pulling through myFico.
