I'm in the process of working towards a mortgage. Equifax is 648, TU 576, and Exp 612. My TU report is showing 1 mo since a late payment. I only have 2 credit cards. Neither have been late and neither are reporting lates. I combed through my statements. I can't dispute this with TU since there is nothing to dispute but has to be the reason for the low score. I'm in chap 13. so have no other lines of credit.

What about closed accounts with lates? Did any of them update in the last month?

That was my first thought as well. I pulled and reviewed each report and can't seem to locate one. Ironically my husbands is showing the same for TU so there must be something I'm missing. Nothing has been updated outside of these cards (he has 1 additonal secured bank card) since 2018.
Sounds like a joint account if it's showing up on two different reports.

I was thinking about this some more, what credit monitoring service (CMS) is saying you are 1 month since a late? Is it possible the CMS is "seeing" your open BK13 as derogatory and calling it a "late" on their UI?
Thanks for the help. Only myfico is showing this late payment. TU is not showing anything late themselves. We spent an hour last night and couldn't find a single thing. I have a call with my loan officer today and I'm hoping she can help me.
What do you mean when you say TU is not showing anything late themselves?

It sounds to me like the OP is having a CMS UI issue. If I am reading their posts correctly this "late payment" is only showing up when looking at their myFICO account summary and no actual recent late payment is found on their TU report

Yes that is exactly what's happening. I pulled a report directly from TU and they show no lates but my latest fico report shows it. I'm not sure how to resolve it. My loan officer said to wait it out and see what next month looks like.
