CGID All the scenarios you presented is why I posed the question. Being a AU needs to be the cherry on top not the icing on the cake. For those reasons I'm going focus on cleaning up my report.
@BBS I only have 3 cards. 2 credit, one store. I have not received my first statement yet for my secured Cap1. Cap1 reports a few days after the statement I do believe. I have a local CU secured loan I can get approved for but I'm opting to clean up my report and follow the Alliant steps.
