Previous Version FICO Scores

I finally purchased my FICO monthly account to track my scores.  I noticed the variations of score models to the left of the individual CRA scores

Can I assume for credit card approvals companies will use the bank enhanced 04?

Also - it says "previous version"????  What dste / when did they start using the current / not previous version ?
