Public records - when dropped, effect?

I have two public records, a Ch7 Bankruptcy from 9/2001 and a judgment from 10/2000.  I belive the Ch7 will continue to report for 10 years, but does anyone know how long the judgment will appear?  Once it's off, how much of a difference in my score should I expect?

Judgment should drop off 10/2007.  There's no set number of points by which your score will change, but it should improve!
