Question about when account will report to CRA's?

I have a Dell financial services card and the statement date is the 3rd of every month. I just paid it below 50% utilization hoping that it will increase my score enough to qualify for a mortgage loan and I was wondering when I should expect the updated balance on my CRA's? Thanks.

Short answer? Within a week usually. Experian might report the next day.

Creditors pay money and resources to report to the CRAs.  They dont report daily. There are no laws or regs controlling when, or even if, they must report. 

They do monthly reporting that is usually delayed for a few days beyond their billing statement dates, but it varies.   Call them if the CRA reproting date has short-term criticality to you.

If you just paid it, then I would not expect any reeporting to the CRAs until next month.
