Question on TU Fico Simulation.

When running a Trans Union simulation from a 586 base I find if I fully paid all revolving credit this month,$ 16,753, my projected FICO would be 636-676, but if I paid $14,000 down this month, my projected score would be 20 points higher, 656- 696. Equifax provides the more I pay, the higher my score, what I would have expected from TU. Any explanation for this result?

Low utilization generally looks better than $0 balance.

Think they might lower your CL if you get cute and carry like a 10 dollar balance? I hate paying these people any interest now.
