Question on getting your first generated score

My fiance reached 6 month history on her reports today.  Her 6th statement with BB&T reported, yet when we pull her scores it still sais no information came back. I know it reported because when I pull her freecreditreport for the one she has negative on Equifax, it shows that April has reported. How long after the 6th month reports will the other CRA post a report/score?

Re: Question on getting your first generated score

What is the listed opened date on EQ? For a score to be generated it has to be opened for six months. So, the opened date would have to be Nov 1 or earlier. Statement dates don't matter.

And confirm that it's reporting to EQ. FCR pulls EX, but I know for a fee you can get EQ and TU too.

Haha, The exact open date is November 1st, 2011. I know they report, I double checked. When we do a pull though on transunion or equifax it sais no data found.

*does math in my head....Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, Apr*

It should have generated. Try again next week on the first or later, or call the CSR folks. EQ and TU will backdate the open date to the first of that month in which it was opened. Also make sure that there isn't a dispute comment within the TL. And make sure she isn't dead....some have posted that they were an AU on a deceased relative's account and surprisingly FICO would think you are dead too. I don't think the AU applies here though...sounds like it is hers.
