Creditxpert had it at going to 620 or much higher by paying down the utilization which was at 107% because of some charge offs.
Paid it all off so utilization should be at 2% when updated.
4 collections but three will be deleted leaving one that's 6 years old.
That leaves all the late payments from 2019 when I hit a rough spot before a promotion. Also, had late payments in2020 after a miscommunication with my car loan after someone totaled it and gap insurance that I'm hopefully trying to get removed but what if i am not able too?
Looking at new construction build in a development so I want to be able to be pre approved to get started and put earnest Money down. That will give 6-7 months to work on the credit score more
