Reading a "Score Disclosure"

I got a score report from CBCInnovis after mtg. loan pre-qual.

For each of the 3 scores, causes are listed, such as "Time since most recent account opening is too short."  Under these causes are some numbers.  For example, on the Beacon 5.0 score, there were 4 causes listed and under these causes were 4 numbers--30     6     8    5.  Are these numbers how much I got docked for each of the 4 causes?

My classic score has 3 causes and 3 numbers.  My FAIR Isaac score has 2 causes and two numbers.
