Recent Late Reporting Issue

I am having an issue with my FICO report. On Equifax it says that the time since my most recent late payment is 1 month but that isn't true. I don't have any 30 day lates for the past 11 months which is reflective on TU and Exp. I cross referenced all of the accounts and the only one that is reporting on EFX and not the other two does have a 30 day late but that is from over 4 years ago. I am unclear on what the issue is here.

do you have any collections or charged off accounts?

Yes I do but they are all older and have been on my report for some time now.

The lender or collection agency can continue to report open collections and charge-offs monthly as long as the debt is not settled and the 7 year mark has not been reached.  This is probably what you are seeing.  Although the original date may have been months or years ago, the late was updated by the lender recently and its status was 30 days or more late.

All my chargeoffs have been paid in full or settled.
