Removing closed Credit Cards from Credit Reports

Hello,

I understand that when a closed credit card account, that was closed in good standing with a 0 balance after the 10 years may have a negative impact on your fico score when it drops from your report.  My question is this. I have a total of 31 accounts reported on my credit reports,  The total number of accounts is showing as having a negative impact on my total score.  Should I request to have some of those accounts removed (all were closed at my request) to reduce the negative impact, If I should how do I request to have them removed. Or should I leave them be and just let them drop over the natural course of time.

Thank You

The impact for that little flag to the right is minimal. Do not do it.

Ditto. The red flag is annoying and will drop when it hits below 30. The history on those cards is helping more that the flag is hurting and the hurt is super minimal.
