OK, so really, your only real negative is the low age of your history, and of course, the new account/ seeking that goes along with short histories.
No lates, good util. So what is left to work on is negative #4, too many account with balances. Go ahead and start PIF'ing all but one of your cards online several days before the statement is due, so that they report $0. Let that last one report a small balance, and then don't forget to pay it off.
This should help some, but since it's the last negative listed, that means that the age factors are influencing your score more, and only time and patience will fix that. But reducing the number of accounts reporting balances ought to help.
