My score has just adjusted downward because of a new joint account with my wife, i'm a little skeptical my scores only went down between 2 and 3 points across the board for all files and the new account has new has posted on all, I feel those scores are going to readjust again downwards even more, is that about right??? any thoughts??
my wife's TU file went down 12 points and her scores are about the same if not higher than mine
I've opened five new accounts in the last 14 months and the most my scores have dropped is 4 points; believe it or not, a couple of new accounts actually netted out to point gains.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

It's never that simple when you're comparing two people's scores, because they have different profiles and may be on different cards. For example, if you've opened other accounts recently, then adding 1 more won't affect your scores much, if at all. On the other hand, if this is your first new account in the last 2 years, then you can expect a bigger drop. That's just one factor, and other folks here have done a good job determining cards and score factors. If you want a deep dive, check out some of Cassie's posts for more information.
