I had 7 hard inquiries removed from my Trans today and one added. My Trans dropped 7 points from it. Any suggestions why? Thanks!
Congrats on the removals. Where are you getting you score and how old are the inqs?
...somehting else also changed in your report that is not obvious......

Hi Folks,
The removed inquiries were only 9 months old (from when I financed my vehicle). The removals showed up through my FICO3B subscription, as well as my Credit karma account. Oddly enough, I got an alert today that "one inquiry was added" to my Experian, resulting in the score going UP 7 points. Scoring seems awful whacky. Also, there are no other changes to my accounts or file that I can see through neither the FICO or CK accounts.
UPDATE: About once per week, TU drops (and then adds) the same inquiries mentioned in the OP above. So at least once per week, my TU score now goes up 20 points (from removals) and then drops 20 points (when added back on). Anyone experience this on the regular? 9 of the 11 inquiries now involved in the musical chairs game, are from a single auto loan application. I know FICO doesn't see them as individual HP inquiries but I'd like to see if I can get TU to dump all but one permanently. Any thoughts on either topics? Thanks!

Yes, common issue recently.
No, can't be done... the inquiries will be listed individually regardless of how they are scored.
