Secured Credit Card qualifications and rating

I have a 618 equifax true fico scoring. I have 0 credit card debt , one medical paid collection $140. One Cap One Charged OFF paid and verbally promised to delete (disputing with them right now). I need a new car before the end of the year, I got a Shared secured loan and have been paying for 3 months. So I need to get a secured card to boost the scores. Can someone recommend the best secured cards of 2017. I know Cap One is highly recommended but it seems that I am on their blacklist because of the $500 charged off--(denied a loan on Cap One auto navigator). Can someone point out the best secured cards? It seems Open Sky is the easiest one to get I am afraid to get denied and dropping the score even further down. THanks for any advice!

Try your shot with Disco! It has rewards which Cap1 doesn't, also I've heard better things about Disco graduating than any other secured card. I've had it for almost 6 months and have no complaints.
