Strange and Disturbing situation

Okay long story short, I am 15 months out of a BK7. The 2nd card I got was a secured Discover card which was graduated early and my $500 secured turned into a $2000.00 unsecured. I have been very lucky/blessed to have rebounded from my BK a lot faster than I was anticipating.

Discover offers x2 scorecards.  From the credit card website they provided a FICO8 off of  TU and on creditscorecard.com Discover provides a Experian FICO8.

On the Discover card website and on statements I always noticed my FICO was low but just dismissed it. But today I looked at it again and huge diffences. I was on the phone with Discover and they are escalating the issue up the tree.  Credit Karma TU shows all my current accounts and Discover verified that they base their CLIs and CLDs off of the Discover Credit score card (TransUnion). And they show that the 630 score to be accurate.

How concerned should I be with this?  I mean Credit Karma, Nerd Wallet and other sites all show current information. Discover is the only site showing incorrect TU information.

Re: Strange and Disturbing situation

I'm not sure I understand your question. Credit Karma is a Vantage score and can't be compared to a Fico score. The Discover score you get from inside your account is a TU score and it hasn't been updated since Feb. Discover Scorecard is an Experian score. It's not uncommon for different CRA's to have different scores for someone.

Re: Strange and Disturbing situation

I apologize for not being clear ..

The TU score that Discover is from incorrect data.  I have more than 2 open accounts, I def have revolving accounts and I wish I only had 2 inquiries.

My question is should I be concerned with this as Discover verified that they base their interal CLI and CLDs by the TU score that is listed on the TU credit score card.  They said it is verified with a HP.

I listed the Credit Karma details to show the discrepancy in accounts on the TU.

Discover has said that they will escalate this but that they would not notify me on a resolution.
