Re: TIMING QUESTION??

No AAoA changes (that's really hard to do on my profile, I lose weeks if that).

It reported around 4th of March, with 3 points loss (I had no active loan prior to this one, but many paid off loans).

Alert for additional 4 points loss came on the 10th. Because this happened on TU, there is a bit of delay in them updating, so I'd imagine maybe 5 days behind.

There were changes, but those would be considered positive changes as I've ended up in accidental AZEO, with utilization going from 6% to 2%.

I see no other obvious changes, but that doesnt mean there weren't any.

I'm waiting for everything to update before pulling new report because I want to see what happens with resilience score now (it bished about me not having active loan and utilization), so I'm curious if it now starts bishing about having a loan lol

Once I pull new report, I'll see how HP is classified.

EX user interface just states *Banks & SLs", identical to CC apps.

Re: TIMING QUESTION??

It’s going to do exactly what you said it’s going to do, it’s going to bish you for having too high of a balance on an installment loan unless you paid it <9%. My prediction anyway.

Yeah I would say it was the delayed reporting most likely. And the point loss could be from average age of installment accounts or just having a loan at 100% B/L.

If I recall correctly, I’ve had the alerts in the EX interface say installment inquiry, so it may not of been coded as such. Maybe binned.

Re: TIMING QUESTION??

No, I didn't pay it off, the interest on it is negligible, and I'm going to ride it into a sunset.

Besides, additional payments do not push the next payment into the future date, so I'd end up with 3-4 months and poof, paid off.

Besides, I'm contemplating buying a far for myself (I dont need it, but I want it), so whole 9% or below would be a wash anyway.

I'd rather think with my wallet, than try to please scoring.
