Re: TU Score Dropped by 50 Points???????

Okay, just an FYI - for those who may have been following this.....

Today I had my TU FICO score pulled by my mortgage company.  My TU FICO score on myFICO was 633, but with the FICO'04 model, it was 678!!!

HUGE difference!.... lucky for me, it was in the right direction Smiley Happy

an interesting note too.... my mortgage broker also pulled my EX FICO score... and they used the FICO'02 model!!!!  This surprised me, as I thought that the mortgage industry was standardized on '04!!!

Current FICO Scores: EQ749; TU732; EX733

I think you mean EX Risk Model v2?

That's actually FICO '98: was some disinformation on the forum (which I admit I wasn't aware of either until rather recently) but EQ/TU are '04, EX is '98 on the standard tri-merge pull.

FWIW it's worth, given that '98 looks a lot more like '04 than the currently available '08 score here, I'm not surprised you were up on the mortgage pull, and congratulations as well!
