I have rebuilt and hovering in the 700 range, and will probably move up 20 to 30 points at a minimum with some of the things that are and will be happening with my credit in the next month or two.
But I have one paid negative from 2010 falling off next year that I can't wait for!

Congrats. I too have seen the difference you get when that last baddie comes off your reports. Twice this year I have gotten jumps like you. It sure feels good , doesn't it?
