I know. The higher your scores get, the more ridiculous the reason codes may seem. Here’s what this month’s PSECU had to say.
My credit debt is $10 on one card and $300 on a car loan. That’s it, and yet “The balances on your non-mortgage credit accounts are too high.”
My oldest card goes 18 years back, my AAoA is six years, and yet “You have not established a long revolving credit history.”

I see now that FICO reports give reason codes for scores over 800, too. That wasn't the case in the past. Scores that were 800 or higher were never given reason codes. As for the reason codes given to you, I would just ignore them. It's just nonsense.
OK, this is completely off topic but I will throw it out there anyways....
I just joined PSECU a few weeks ago and I just started setting up the bill pay. First thing I notice is it is a major PITA compared to USAA. PSECU wants to know the biller's zip code. Really? I have to dig up statements to see what it is. I haven't sent a paper bill in for many years...
So I guess my question is how do you like PSECU? Are they your main checking account? How is the bill pay?
I'm so used to USAA that I may have a hard time switching. But I would like to have my main bank at least be in my neighborhood so I am making the effort.
PS - I also have an account with Members 1st but since I can't download my transactions directly into Moneydance I decided that PSECU would be better for my main accounts...
