Ok so I'm about to start school this August so I'm trying to make a transition from using credit for everything to strictly buying on debit. Mostly because my money will be easier to keep track of. Plus I'm more expossed to over spending with my credit cards. In other words I'm in save every single penny that I can mode

. Also just putting it out there, I'm in garden mode until 04/15 (fingers crossed) at the very least. But in the mean time I would really hate if one or most of my accounts were to be closed due to no activity being reported. So what I'm thinking of doing is charging at least one necessity per billing cycle per card, but only just a single transaction. Then PIF before the due date. Or will it be more beneficial for credit scoring to PIF before a statement cuts on most cards and just have one or two cards report a balance? I'm just trying to have an optimal score or best score possible as a graduation present to myself nor do I want to be a another graduate with any some sort of dept. So what would be best for me? Letting all cards report like a few dollars or just one of them? Also I'm debating on whether or not to just rotate usage on my cards like only use two one month then two another and so on... I'm just trying to get some activity going as usage will me minimal. And I'm sorta new to all of this.
