Too Few Installment Loans

Hey CreditAble, I don't disagree that a single installment loan can pose a great risk for someone with a thin file, yet that doesn't necessarily make it of equal effect as revolving in the FICO scoring system. That's my only point to OP and any other poster. That said, I agree with most of what you posted.

Thanks for all the advice I am working on it all to get my numbers up and everything to where it should look good on balances, TL's, ratios and such.  It is going good, but it's like waiting for a present to be opened while waiting for the updates.  Slow and steady....up.
