What cards are you speaking about?
Equifax updated, but doesn't report to Equifax doesn't make sense to me.
You can pay your cards down today and depending on their reporting dates it could be up to 30-35 days before those balances changes are reflected on your CR. Do you know the reporting dates of your cards in question?

I paid them off on the 7th before new statement cut.
cap one 550/500 paid to 13/500 new balance reported to experian
cap one 515/500 paid to 14/500 new balance reported to experian
transunion isnt reporting the new balance yet, still shows me at 103 percent on those two cards. i am also a AU (they are my wifes) on these cards and for some reason they dont show up on my equifax report. statement date was the 11th, on the 12th i got a notification from experian that balances have decresased. and seen the update.
also its important to me because im so close to a pre approval for my mortgage this was the last step i needed to get the scores where i needed them.
What is the statement closing date? If you paid them on the 7th was that a day or two before the closing date?
The bureaus can take several days to update once reporting is made, so if reporting didn't happen until (say) the 9th or 10th it's perfectly normal that you may not see updates across all 3B yet. I'd give it a few more days.
TransUnion misses updates all the time. Back in June they did not do any updates for my Capital One cards. They basically skipped the monthly update. In July they resumed but June still shows no data. EX and EQ were fine.
For August my Synch card never updated. It has been at zero balance for two statements and it still shows the old balance. This month Discover updated on EX and EQ and 10 days later still no TU update.

statement closing date was on the 10th, i just dont wanna waste another $20 on fico updates early without it being reported. i watch credit karm, credit sesame, and idenity iq for montoring. im sure one of those will notify me as it gets updated

Same exact thing here. Sync Lowes paid in June and has STILL not updated on TU, even after calling them and being told they would do it two days ago. EX & EQ show 0, TU still has my balance -- 3 months later. Frustrating because I have 2 other cc's open out of 4 revolvers and my TU score is 25 points lower than the other 2.

So I called Transunion and they said they don’t see an update. So I then called capital one. The guy there told me they usually report 3 days after statement cuts which is the tenth which puts reporting on the 13th which is today. So ok cool I get it. However I asked him why Experian shows updated balances as of the 12th if cap one doesn’t report till the 13th. He has no response
I have not had any issues with updates on Cap 1, Discover, or GM Financial on any of the CRB's. For me, it's only Synchrony / Lowes and only on TU. Just seems like 3 months is awefully long. It would have been okay if it was 3 months with a zero balance, but no... It shows a balance whereas the other 2 show (and have shown) zero.
