Trying to figure utilization out

Here are my accounts/balances:

NFCU cashreward - $0/$10,000
NFCU flagship - $28.00/$12,500
Pier 1 - $0/$750
Mattress Firm - $0/$1,200
Nordstrom - $0/$2,000
NFCU cloc - $6,900/$15,000

I want to keep a utilization less than 10%, if I make the flagship card 0%, will that lower my score?

Im not sure if the CLOC is considered in utilization.

Sidenote: My statement closed a week ago and my scores have yet to update.

The CLOC is considered a revolving account and is considered in your revolving utilization, so paying the Flagship card to zero will not affect your overall utillization.

You would pick up points by paying the CLOC down to $4200 (28%), and probably a few more points by paying it down to $1350 (9%).

Total revolving limits 653000 (575000 reporting)
