Unexplained Credit Score drop- but only with Transunion

Last month my credit score was 663 and 679, TU and EQ respectively.  Today I do a pull, and the TU has dropped to 617 while the EQ is up to 689.  Everything looks the same!

Were these scores pulled from myFico or some other source? You say everything looks the same - have you double checked that the balances on any existing revolving or installment loans are in fact the same as they are/the same on EQ and TR?

Do you have any old negatives on your reports? Check the dates on them to see if TU has started reporting them with a newer date for some reason.

Also, look at the negative factors on screen 2 over on the left of the older TU report and the current one. Has the order changed? Have any new negatives appeared?

TransUnion continually changes their mind as to how to classify one of my acconts and this causes a 30 point swing in my FICO score with them.  Look a tthe report carefulkly and go the next steps page and see if perhaps they are callinga mortgage account a revolving account etc.
