So I decided to dispute my BK7 from the big 3 for Early Exclusion and had success with Transunion who removed it immediately. I haven't heard back from Equifax and Experian dropped my score 23 points the next day. I don't show anything else that would cause the drop so is it because of the dispute?

Equifax doesn't seem to do early exclusions like TU and EX do. (I asked for an early exclusion on my last baddie and didn't bother even asking them!). There's a possibility you've dropped into a different scoring class with the removal of the BK, which caused the score drop.
