I Filed BK:13 back in november it was discharged in december I spent all January disputing information.
I got the OpenSkyCC in late January and was just approved for the CreditOne Platinum today. I have about 24 Inquaries accross my 3 reports. I am kinda following this guide
So I was wondering should I apply for the Cap1 in 5 Months or should I wait till 9 months when all but 1 Inquarie will have fallen off my reports? Or do Inquaries that old really have a large impact on the FICO score?

That's a heck of a lot of inquiries... Your goal should be to close out the Open Sky and Credit One before the AF hits the second time. I'd wait for the inquiries to fall off before app'ing for Cap1, especially with the BK13 still on there. You could app for the Disco now though, I'd recommend going directly to the secured card. They'll treat you well and will eventually graduate (so you won't have to close it out and hurt your AAoA). Then you'll only have 2 inq's at most to show Cap1. (Disco only pulled TU for me in July 2016.)
Good luck and have patience!
For different reasons, but I was one of the few ever declined by Cap1
