When does individual UTI make a significant difference?

Wondering when individual card UTI typically starts to have a significant impact on score?

10% UTI? 30%?

Not sure what to define significant as? At least 5 points?

30% is where one gets a significant penalty, so it's best not to let any account report at more than 28%.

I was going to post this on my own thread, but since you asked I will post it here. Others have chimed in on individual UTI, I will give you overall UTI and were it will affect it as well. I lost 13 on Ex 17 Eq when my overall UTI went from 7.5% to 10.5%, TU was not affected as it hasent updated yet. The overall UTI is also a factor along with individual UTI.
