My 3 credit scores are 655,695 and 785. Transunion for some reason is the highest. I need to get my mid score to the 700 range which appears to be pretty easy to do with the 695 mid score. However, when I set up my alerts to alert me to when it would hit 700, it says my FICO score is 655 (Equifax score). Can you tell me why that is? I thought that the mid score is what they all went off of. Thank you!

MyFico reports FICO 08 scores. Most credit card lenders use FICO 08 scores. Most CCC's only pull one CRA. Therefore the important one is the one they pull.
Most mortgages use FICO 04 scores. They pull all three CRA's and use the middle score. If you are looking for a mortgage, don't rely on MyFico. FICO 08 scores cannot be compared to FICO 04 scores. If you wish to purchase your EQ-04 score, Equifax sells the score, but be careful to buy the FICO/Scorewatch product. It must say FICO. Equifax also sells worthless FAKO scores.
Another option for a Equifax FICO 04 score is via DCU. However, DCU HP's when you join. I wouldn't do anything to incur a HP if you are looking for a mortgage in the next 6-12 months (or sooner).
I don't know of where to get your EX-04 and TU-04 scores currently. You may need to rely on your mortgage broker for those scores. EDIT: PSECU may still provide EX-04 scores, but they have a limited geography that they serve.
For more info on the different FICO models see the sticky in this forum. In addition, the following link has info on how to obtain some of your FICO scores for "free"

The GSE's are still underwriting on EX Risk Model v2 which is actually a '98 score. PSECU as you mention offered that in the past, presumably still do as I haven't heard otherwise. Both EQ and TU are Beacon 5.0 and Classic 04 respectively though in the vast majority of the current mortgage market.
