Your rank is "New Member", I think you have to rank up to "Member" before being able to post pictures. Ranks are based on number of posts, number of logins, and time logged into the forum.
Myfarouco, a suspected interloper, might be stuck at 1 login. If so, no rank up until login threshold reached. Suspect a potential rank up to Member rank on Monday. Day 5 of membership = 5 logins (if logging in daily) => Member rank. Post count for this persona is already 54.
