We can guess though. 
My guess is OP hasn't missed any payments, hasn't opened a credit card in over two years, and we already know low utilization on cards. 

Therefore my answer to OP is, FICO must give you Reason Codes, sometimes those seem random, so congrats on getting one of the most mundane Reason Codes possible, given known low utilization. Your scores might be more consistent when you always allow something to report on a card statement, but with also an installment loan, scores are likely maxed anyhow. 

And as SJ asks, what are those scores? A FICO 8 in high 700's ( if young file) or over 800  ( my guess for OP ) is not a sad state of affairs.
