Why Did My Score Not Change...

My Credit Expert score was 593 a week ago.  I paid off one of my credit cards completely so have 0 balance

The 0 balance is reporting on my report

I had my cards maxed at 5660 paid one card off so revolving balances are now 1700 less

My score did not move at all

Is it possible that the updated score is just plain wrong since it did not move at all??

This is a FAKO score.....so I wouldn't know what to tell you about how it scores utilization.   It might be similar to FICO scoring in some aspects but it will certainly be different in many places.

So, I should probably not worry that it is not moving then??

I wouldn't worry about it.   Your FICO score should certainly improve when you pay down revolving utilization.

If this is a real FICO score, you should be worried about what else is keeping you under 600.  Work the plan, man.  You have a long way to go but once you get moving it will go fast.

I'd ignore it. Your FICO could easily be well into the 600s.
