I have been fairly hands off with my portfolio this year, with my official youngest open account turning 1 this month. (My last new account was actually in January, when I opened a business card.) I also saw some gains with a two year old refi'd student long starting to report in February (reports only on TU and EX). Today, I got a pleasant surprise that my F8 TU score is 850.
Current F8 scores are EQ 817 (no loan reporting), TU 850, EX 839. I apparently hadn't had any triggers for EQ or EX, so they are a little outdated.
I have one open installment loan, loan to value approximately 43.9%.
10 personal CC, 1 charge, 1 business, TCL (excluding business card) $305,600, (including business card $335,600). Utilization typically under or at 1%. AAoA approximately 9.5 years.
It's been fun trying the strategies everyone has presented and explained in these forums. So, thanks to all of you for teaching me so much! Now to keep nurturing these scores (and then working on F9 scores)!
Congratulations! That's Awesome.
Nice work! Congrats!
Congrats! I love success stories. Hope to get there one day myself. ![]()
Congrats on the 850!
Congrats! Appreciate the stats too; one question, what's the age of your oldest tradeline too?

Nice! Congrats!

Yes, my oldest account was a student loan that is 22 years old and is scheduled to fall off my record in 2023. That account is the same across all CR.
Congratulations!
