credit score - identity theft

In December of 2014, someone used my identity to apply for credit cards.  I received point reductions by all 3 CB's including new inquiries and high utilization of credit.  2 months later the accounts have been removed by the CB's but I didn't get my points back.  Anyone have any advice on how i can get the CB's to change my score?  I am unable to place a dispute because the information is no longer there.  MyFico told me that i should call the CB's and have them resend the info to them.  The CB's state there is no info to send.  I'm so confused on how to correct this.

I'm confused, if the accounts have been removed, your scores should have been fixed and you should not still have a problem.

Re: credit score - identity theft

Exactly my point. I show daily alerts indicating when and how many points were removed, but the CB's told me they don't report to myFico when an account or inquiry has been deleted by the fraud dept. Instead they simply removed the inquiry and the subsequent account as if it was never there. And of course, everyone points the finger away from their agency. The frustrating part is trying to explain to the CB's how the myFico point system works. They tell me that they have no responsibility or knowledge of what or how myFico interprets the information on file at their bureaus.
