It the past the EQ version purchased here matched identically the vast majority (absolutely on conventional loans and likely everything else too) of mortgage lending pulls; however, that is sadly no longer the case.
Speaking as a consumer, I wouldn't purchase a score here expecting it to be on a mortgage tri-merge pull.
While the current version scores here are absolutely true FICO scores, they aren't used in the current mortgage market as a general rule.
