About a year ago I was at a 682 with 80% utilization of my credit cards. I am now at a utilization rate of 59% and my score is 674. Nothing else has changed. Why has my score gone down?
It could be Inq. you may have racked up. Have you applied for anything? or Credit Limit Decreases? which can off set your DTI ratio even if you paid your balance down.

It's likely that the scores you're looking at are FAKOs and NOT a true FICO score. Where did you get the numbers? Unfortunately the credit bureaus each sell their own "score," which is NOT a FICO and which we refer to as a FAKO. It sounds like you got FAKO #s, possibly from different sources. Also, credit cards sometimes use their own scoring model based on your FICO score, but decidedly different. So, it could be that as well.
In order to answer your question, we really need to know *where* you got each of the two scores. Unless you see the FICO (r) trademarked logo, it's a FAKO, and has no correlation to you FICO score.
