wow.....i paid like 700 bucks on a credit card. the balance is now 5 bucks....that's the only thing that changed. it's disheartening. how can one score go up 2 points, and the other drop 30?!?!?
everything else is the same. same information and everything. *$&% it, i'll just keep paying my other credit card down too, that's what it says my best option is. that's crazy tho. i'm about to say F fico.
are you positive no "date last reported" changed on any derog account or CA?
Sometimes nothing about amount, date opened/closed, etc changes, but if they updated date last updated, CA's appear newer in FICO and the score gets dinged. And this may happen on 1 CR but not the other.
For that type of change, something should be different ![]()
ok i found it....i had a public record that appeared on trans and not equifax. it's on experian too. i got it expunged. trans deleted it and the trans score is back up and waiting for experian to delete it.
that was the part of the report i always skilpped cause i'd never had a public record. seems the state made a key stroke error saying i owed $1026 instead of $126 for taxes. took me 3 months to get that ka ka straightened up
