freeze credit card to push score higher ???

i have a late payment on all 3 bureaus on one credit card, is it possible to freeze the credit card so it doesn report to the bureaus , all my other credit cards are good

You can try freezing time.  That would prevent the lates from reporting.

Freezing time, that's interesting. It's believed that time freezes at the event horizon of a black hole. How cold would it have to be to freeze time?

As others said, NO!   Freezing a card merely prevents new (non-recurring) charges going through.   It doesn't prevent reporting to the CRBs any more than it zeros your balance with the issuer ("Hey the card's frozen, guess we forget what he/she owes us")

No. Freezing a card does not stop the lender from reporting to the credit bureaus.
