missing dates

I have an old cc listed on my credit report, it has no opening or closing dates. When reviewing my insurance rates, as related to my credit score it listed derogatory information, something about a cc that was "too new to rate" I have no new cc's. does the lack of of dates affect my credit score?

YES! Can we get more info about this account?

Re: missing dates

This cc was included in a chap 7 BK, 6 years ago. It appears to be stripped of just about all previous information.

I say dispute it...it's their own bleepin' fault for not accurately reporting the data.

The information is incomplete. The information IS available, and according to you is is important and does affect my credit rating. Your tone seems to have changed since mentioning "bankruptcy". Since writing the initial post my credit score has dropped about 70 points because this cc has also posted a new "date of status". I realize bankruptcy has its repercussions, but I'm getting the impression these actions are punitive.
