one collection appear twice on CC

I have one collection acct from MCI and it appears twice on my CC.  The dates and acct number on both items are the same but the amount is different.  Is this normal or it is something I can ask them to remove one of the collection item from my CC?  thank you

Same account huh! Does MCI and a CA report this or is it two different CAs?
