This is an ongoing problem, resulting from the data somehow being misread by the scoring formula. As they said, a programming glitch. I would call back tech support at the end of the week and ask if it has resolved. (You won't be able to tell without paying for a report.)
If they say it has, and you pull another TU report and it hasn't, call customer support and ask for a credit for another report. They're good about that. And then call tech support (or whomever's working on it) again. Good luck!
