transunioncs TU FICO

I haven't pulled the FICO available on that site, but is it the same version as listed on myFICO, or is it a newer version of the TU FICO score?

Great question.  I'd like to know, too.

$34.95 is a pretty steep price to find out, though.

Re: transunioncs TU FICO

On the bottom right you can buy just the TU report with a score for 14.95.

Thanks.  Time for new glasses, I guess.

OK, that's not so bad.  Maybe the next time I plan to shell out for my FICOs, I'll go ahead and drop $15 on the TUcs, too.

That will be mid-July or so.  Unless someone who knows for sure posts in the meantime.

Re: transunioncs TU FICO

I ordered it for the first time on 6/21.

I had pulled the TU FICO score from here on 6/15 and again today. Between these two weeks, TU increased from 631 to 651. The transunioncs score was at 641 on 6/21. I think it is the real deal. Certainly close enough.

The reports are set up similar to TC, and is a little more condensed. You can continue to access the report for 1 month after ordering it.

Yes, it is the real deal, but we're not sure if it is TU 98 or TU 04 that is being offered on transunioncs.

Since we know that myFICO provides TU 98, it could be an interesting experiment to buy them both within minutes of each other to see if they are identical.  If they are not, then I guess we could assume that transunioncs is providing TU 04.

Re: transunioncs TU FICO

OK, it is confirmed that the TU score available on transunioncs is the same version that is avaiable here.

So I'll save $15 after all.

Re: transunioncs TU FICO

Cheddar - so the TU on transunioncs.com and the TU via myFICO are the same? Using the '98 version or the '04 version?

If so, I wil compare my TU via myFICO to the classic TU that Wamu provides from my HELOC account and see how they match up.

They both use TU 98.

Re: transunioncs TU FICO

Is there a way to get your TU FICO score from transunioncs for free, like a free trial that you can cancel before you're charged, like MyFico's ScoreWatch for EQ?
