Change Username

Can you please change my username?  I had this old account but was using another and purchased products on the old one since it was originally linked.  

Please change to my other name of FicoGuy2019.

This causes a slight problem as FicoGuy2019 is currently being used, let me do a bit of research and will get back to you on this..  Did you forget your login for FicoGuy2019?  As per TOS you can only have one active account on the forums, but somehow this needs to get fixed.  Just need some more info from you being did you simply forget your password, have you called customer support yet, etc?

Yes, I called them and talked to 3 people over the last few days.  I got an email this morning.

Apparently I have had this account since 2010 and didn't remember so I have been using FicoGuy2019.  When I tried to buy 3B it said my ssn was already in the database.  Called support and they found my old name.  I have been using FicoGuy19 until this afternoon.

You can change it to FicoGuy2020, that is fine as well.  I can log in with FicoGuy2020 and my username but the name still shows as workhard....

You should be good to go.. Please make sure you log out and back in under FicoGuy2019 using password of WorkHardPlayHard27.  Let me know if it all works good.  Thanks!
