I bought my Experian & Transunion Reports 2 hours ago. I received confirmation from PayPal & MyFico that the payment was received. However, this error is on my account:

I called Customer Service & they cancelled the first 2 orders & told me to purchase them again but the error will not go away! Can someone please advise as to what to do...I need these reports ASAP!!!
