Fico Score Watch not available

I signed up for the FICO Score Watch product.

When I visit my "My Subscriptions" page, it is completely empty.  There is no way that I have found to access my Score Watch product that I have paid for.

When I visit the Score Watch product page at http://www.myfico.com/Products/ScoreWatch/, it just tells me to pay for it again.

How do I access Score Watch?  I am completely unable to access my FICO score.

Please contact Customer Service to take care of this issue.

I have sent a message to customer service, but they have not responded.  I am not receiving the service I have paid for, nor am I receiving any customer service.

Is myFICO interested in providing the services offered, or is myFICO willing to take my money and provide me nothing?
