How do I switch my view from mobile to desktop

As the title implies. I have problems with seeing the posts correctly in the mobile viewing mode. Also a desktop I use is displaying in mobile- this only happens in forums. Please tell me how to switch so I can read forums in desktop mode as I am addicted to these forums!

I can understand somewhat about the phone displaying in mobile mode.  That would be a limitation of the provider and the internet browser.

 

However, I'm at a loss on why the desktop is displaying in mobile mode.  Can you post a screenshot so we can help out??

I'm having problems with snagit! But I am using a Dell desktop right now and its coming in mobile format. Is there a setting or button to change this?
